THE VICTORIA COUNTY RECREATION CORRIDOR
This trial is perfect for biking or hiking in the summer and cross-country skiing or snowmobiling in the winter. It streches from Lindsay to Kinmount and can be easily accessed at Garnet Graham Lakeshore Park at the end of Bond and Francis Streets.
PARKS -- Fenelon Falls is home to several public parks
- Garnet Graham Lakeshore Park is located at the end of Bond and
Francis Streets on Cameron Lake. It includes a public swimming area, new playground
equipment and picnic facilities.
- John Langton Park is located off Colborne Street on the Lower
side of Lock 34. It boasts beautiful flower gardens, public benches and
a birdseye view of the gorge.
- The Enviromental Park is located on Juniper Street behind Langton
Public School. It includes interpretive trails through a preserved flora
and fauna habitat. A short footbridge allows observation of a small wetland.
- Island Park is located off Colborne Street between Lock 34 and
the damn. It has a spectacular view of the locks and boat traffic. As well
it include picnic facilities and a winter light display.
