VCWRS provides shelter, counselling, support and referral services, and community education and development.

The program at Amy's offers housing in a secure, supportive environment for women and their children. The building contains 2 one-bedroom apartments, 3 two-bedroom apartments and 2 three-bedroom apartments, a Common Room, laundry facilities and management offices.
