Self help group, facilitated by trained Canadian Cancer Society volunteers
- providing emotional and social support plus practical help and guidance.
This group was formed in February 1991 and the average attendance is
15.
The atmosphere is one of sharing - no one is put on the spot or forced
to talk. It's a safe place to share experiences and feelings. What ever
is shared within this group remains confidential.
The greatest support comes from other survivors.
Date: 3rd Tuesday of each month.
Time: 2 p.m
Place: Christ Anglican Church, Sherwood St. Bobcaygeon Ontario.
