Kawartha Marine Modellers

The Kawartha Marine Modellers build scale ship models. These can be as diverse as sailing ships, tugboats, submarines and battleships many of which are radio controlled. These can be powered by the wind, steam or electric power (no gas).

Model boat building is one of the most satisfying hobbies there is and can be done all year round. We build our models in the winter and operate them during the summer. We do static (non-running) and running displays at various locations all year round. We welcome you to come to one of our meetings or events and find what we are about.
