The Bobcaygeon Skating Club is pleased to announce the "Ice Dreams" competition. Please join us for our Bobcaygeon invitational this JANUARY at the Bobcaygeon/Verulam Arena, Mansfield Street Bobcaygeon, Ontario.

ENTRY INFORMATION
Registration fees are payable with the application by cheque or money order to the Bobcaygeon Skating Club.
Cheques should be dated no later than December. There will be a service charge for any N.S.F. cheques. Phone calls to competitors will be made collect.
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES:
The committee reserves the right to limit entries in each event. Applications will be received on a first come, first served basis. Entry fees will be returned only if the event is not being held. There will be no refund for withdrawls received, with the exception of illness verified by a medical certificate.

Each competitor and one chaperon will be admitted free.

MUSIC:
CASSETTES ONLY WILL BE ACCEPTED. Two cassettes must be submitted. Tapes and cases must be clearly marked with the competitor's name and event. Tapes should be marked "THIS SIDE UP", and back-up tapes should also be marked as such. Tapes must be registered at the time of arrival and left in the care of the music desk until the event has been completed. Tapes should be picked up as soon as possible after the event.

AGE/TEST REQUIREMENTS:
Proof of age must accompany application. An official of the competitor's home club must sign application.
THE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS AND TIMES WILL BE FORWARDED TO CLUBS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Ice surface is 85' x 185'
- Please remember that all skating times are approximate. Skaters should be in their dressing rooms approximately fifteen minutes before skating time. Please note that Fathers are not allowed in the girl's dressing rooms.
- All one minute program warmups will be three minutes in length.
- All one and a half minute programs will have three minutes for warmups.
- Floods to the ice surface may be added or omitted during the day as ice conditions warrant.
- We request your co-operation in not throwing floweres on the ice surface or using flashbulbs during the solos. These are not only distracting to the skaters, but extremely dangerous.
- Each flight is a final. Medals will be awarded to first, second and third place winners in flight/final.
- Results will be posted on the main floor on the wall and in the second floor community room.
- Photocopies will be available for a small cost.
- Figure Skating Boutique
- Photographer will be available
- The main floor snack bar will be open during the competition.
- Our own club will be selling flowers as a fund raiser.
THIS COMPETITION WILL BE HELD IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ALL SKATING COMPETITIONS AS DEFINED IN SECTION 5000 OF THE C.F.S.A. RULE BOOK TOGETHER WITH SPECIFIC RULES AND REGULATIONS DESCRIBED. *A SKATER MAY CHOOSE TO SKATE UP AT A HIGHER LEVEL OR AT THE CORRECT LEVEL, BUT NOT BOTH.

RAINBOW: Must be under 6 as of November 30.
VANILLA: Must be under 8 as of November 30.
MAPLE NUT: Must be 8 or over as of November 30.
