CoKL Clothing Available Bargain prices for City Staff The CoKL has a merchandising plan for its osprey logo. The logo will be transferred to a line of clothing such as children's tee shirts and sweatshirts, adult golf shirts, sweatshirts, tee shirts, denim shirts, baseball caps and jackets. Fair enough. Strange, however, is the plan to make these items available to staffers at cost plus a minor administration fee. They can't afford to buy their own clothing?
