- Cream shortening & sugar
- beat in eggs
- Add molasses then sifted dry ingredients
- Roll into 1-inch balls
- Roll in sugar (Here is where you get to toss your cookies)
Put about 1/4 c sugar in a margarine tub, and toss 2 or 3 at a time, 'til they are covered in sugar.
- Place on greased baking sheet 2 inches apart, flatten slightly
- Bake @ 375 15 to 18 minutes.
